"I would like to take this opportunity to express my most sincere thanks and appreciation for a most enjoyable and successful stay here at The Lincoln Home.
"Not only was everyone, and I do mean everyone, so very nice and caring but always willing to go a little farther for you to make you comfortable.  The nursing was excellent and the aids so very nice.  Every place in the facility was extra clean and taken care of very well.
"I was always treated with such dignity and respect it made you feel good.
"Also, my thanks to the entire administration for their part in my stay; they were not only helpful but very efficient.
"My special thanks to Paula for her caring, help and friendship.  She is definitely an asset to The Lincoln Home.
"Thank you all once again."
