As you venture a little further, you’ll be impressed by our state-of-the-art therapy center, note the activity packed resident social calendars, relish our dining room menu and applaud our bird aviary and landscaped patio.  Skilled nursing care is offered by The Lincoln Home to residents just out of the hospital or in need of more medically complex care.  Our 31 bed sub-acute unit provides a broad spectrum of services, ranging from tube feeding, intravenous therapy, wound treatments and 24 hour continuous monitoring of our residents.  We are Medicare and Medicaid certified and work with many HMO’s including Medicare Complete and Advantra just to name a few.  Respite care can provide a break for caregivers and their families so they can take a few days off to recharge their batteries.  It can also ease the transition into a long term stay.  Staying for a weekend or while caregivers take a vacation is ideal for many.
